We are in search of a skilled Team Lead to join a significant onshore EPC project. The ideal candidate will become a part of a major brownfield and integration project, offering the opportunity to enhance their expertise in EITA technical procurement within a large international work setting.

Job Duties

  1. Leading a team of Technical Responsible Engineers (PRE) responsible for electrical, instrument, and telecom packages.
  2. Acting as a driving force for the assigned package, collaborating across various disciplines.
  3. Defining, budgeting, scheduling, executing, and coordinating all activities within your designated areas of responsibility.
  4. Cultivating a positive working environment for the multidisciplinary team members.
  5. Providing guidance, instructions, motivation, and fostering good relations among team members, suppliers, clients, and project stakeholders.
  6. Familiarizing team members with contracts, specifications, project requirements, challenges, and success criteria.
  7. Ensuring that work adheres to applicable governing documents in W3 and project requirements.
  8. Participating in and organizing meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  9. Addressing technical queries from the installation team.
  10. Facilitating communication and collaboration with other disciplines, contractors, and the client.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in technical procurement for both onshore and offshore projects.
Proficiency in package and equipment technical procurement in compliance with relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
