Assignment Description
• Functional Safety engineering
• SIL allocation(LOPA)
• Prepare Safety Requirement Specification
• SIL compliance calculations
• Checking of design documents / Safety manual

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor or master’s degree
• Min. 10 years’ experience from modification projects in the oil and gas industry in Norway
• Experience with major modifications on live platforms
• Experience with tie-back projects and subsea safety barriers
• In depth knowledge of process safety design
• Multidiscipline knowledge
• Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian both orally and in writing
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Contribute to on-the-job training for oneself and others.
• Seek relevant information from others in order to complete own tasks
• TUV-certified Functional Safety Engineer( preferred)
