Responsibilities:

Contributing to the overall planning and execution of commissioning within budget and schedule constraints.
Assisting in establishing an appropriately sized commissioning team.
Continuously seeking improvements and ensuring efficient execution.
Ensuring the safe execution of commissioning activities and a seamless handover to Operations, all while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality parameters through ongoing risk management.
Monitoring progress, reporting on it, and taking necessary actions to meet the planned schedule.
Providing input for relevant contracts, participating in tender evaluations, and overseeing the execution of relevant contracts.
Managing stakeholders effectively.
Ensuring that necessary agreements related to commissioning, such as ATS (Acceptance Test Specifications), assistance, spare parts, and temporary equipment, are established.
Possessing specific expertise in commissioning SAS control systems.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent qualification.
Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in both preparatory and execution phases.
Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Demonstrate in-depth familiarity with Equinor’s technical requirements (TR-documents), work processes (ARIS), and tools (ProCoSys), which is highly desirable.
Excel as a valuable team member with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Have leadership experience.
Bring experience in Commissioning to the role.
