Job Description:
- Typical tasks within valve technology in projects:
- Participate as discipline engineer within valve discipline in Greenfield, Brownfield and Renewables projects in all project phases (early phase to construction).
- Participate as discipline engineer in project valve group (PVG).
- Specify requirements, scope and selection support for valves and actuators within projects.
- Follow-up of contractor on deliveries, scope, requirements and plans within valves & actuators.
- Ensure good cooperation between all stakeholders (Operation, Plant integrity, Contractor and the professional ladder)
- Follow-up on documentation and Life Cycle Information (LCI).
- Engineering tasks as piping details, valve and actuator selection support, etc.
- Input and maintain valve specs according to TR2000.
- We are looking for experienced self- contained persons, capable of leading others, work alone and take responsibility within valve technology.
Qualifications:
- Formal and professional qualities:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience is preferred.
- Piping Engineering experience – experience within TR2000
- Multi- discipline knowledge
- Experience from early phase studies (valves), concept studies and project detail engineering Contractor experience is an advantage
- Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
