Jobdescription:

• Prepare design documents for estimation, plan and procurement in FEED and implementation
• Communicate and present work in the FEED phase
• Document and drawing review, mapping and identification of scope in FEED
• Update drawing documents
• Carry out system analyzes and calculations within load, short circuit and dimensioning
• Development and updating of drawings.
• Prepare technical specifications for procurement
• Technical follow-up of purchase packages
• Collaborate cross-disciplinary during project development and pick up new scope as projects progress.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience from multidisciplinary oil and gas projects with responsibility for electrical design and electrical systems, preferably modification projects
• Good collaborative skills, good understanding of the interaction and complexity of a modification project
• Experience from defining requirements for equipment, creating technical basis for the equipment, being technically responsible for purchasing this and quality checking documentation and equipment.
• Experience from preparing design documents, carrying out plant inspections, evaluating type and suppliers, assessing installation methods, as well as creating documents for installation.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of relevant directives with associated harmonized standards, such as ATEX, as well as international standards relevant for electrical distribution and certain types of equipment in accordance with IEC. Experience with Equinor's technical requirements specifications (TRs) and NORSOK can be an advantage, but not a requirement.
