NORSOK-experience is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in engineering in modification projects, preferably with Equinor as a client.
Experience as a discipline lead in the instrumentation discipline.
Experience working independently in multidisciplinary modification projects with responsibility for detailed engineering of instrument deliveries.
Advantageous to have offshore experience from surveys or similar activities.
Good knowledge of Equinor’s requirements, specifications, and work methodology.
Broad knowledge/experience within the field is desirable (understanding of design and engineering of instrumentation and associated control systems).
Tasks:
Responsible for discipline deliveries in bids, studies, and execution projects.
Estimation and planning of work scope within the discipline.
Prepare design documentation and technical solutions for field instrumentation.
Develop and deliver technical documentation according to customer requirements and specifications, updating customer databases with metadata.
Prepare and develop work documents for installation.
Specify and order necessary materials, bulk, and package purchases.
Package responsibility for procurement of instrumentation and technical follow-up of equipment suppliers.
Collaborate with other disciplines internally in the project and with the customer.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with Microstation and Equinor’s systems (STID, Procosys, SAP, ARIS), Febdok is an advantage, not a requirement.
Ability to maintain an overview while performing detailed work in projects.
Valid Ex and FSE (First Aid and Fire Safety) courses are required.
