Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering support across various disciplines to the Engineering department of the company, focusing on assigned scopes of work.
• Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of designated scopes in adherence to the company’s established standards.
• Report progress as necessary for the assigned scopes.
• Guarantee compliance with the company’s policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an awareness of project-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Advocate for adherence to the company’s Health & Safety standards.
• Take a leadership role or participate in meetings as needed to fulfill the contracted scope of work

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in method engineering within study projects, showcasing proficiency in all relevant responsibilities, competencies, and tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of pertinent design rules and standards.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, encompassing written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in utilizing Navisworks and Microsoft Tools.
• Strong management capabilities, demonstrating a proactive approach with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions, formulate well-founded assumptions, and identify potential risks for inclusion in study reports.
• No offshore certification is necessary for this role.
