This role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates to contribute to a significant new build project and enhance their skills in electrical systems design within a dynamic international project-working environment. Responsibilities: Developing electrical philosophies, topologies, and single line diagrams. Creating load lists, implementing earthing systems, relay protection, UPS functionality, and emergency mode consumer distribution. Performing system design and providing follow-up on low voltage systems, as well as coordinating interfaces with HVDC suppliers. Designing solutions that align with our client’s specific requirements. Collaborating with other disciplines, clients, existing plants, contractors, and suppliers. Ensuring the completion of engineering documents and data registers. Education: A Master’s degree in Power Engineering. Completion of the FSE course (Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg). Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the engineering phase, specializing in electrical systems design and follow-up. Extensive knowledge of electrical design in accordance with relevant standards such as NORSOK, DNV, and IEC. Qualifications: A proficient communicator with excellent oral and written English language skills. A cooperative and adaptable attitude, capable of working effectively within a multicultural team environment. A natural team player with the ability to work independently when required.
