Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for Quality and Improvement, including defining quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with the Project Execution Model (PEM).
- Establish and drive the Improvement Agenda throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and engage various departments in quality initiatives, continuous improvement, and Lean thinking.
- Lead the coordination and reporting of quality deviations (using Synergi) and critical quality issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct Quality audits and Quality Walks.
- Act as the representative for the discipline in Prioritized Package Follow-up, particularly with sub-contractors and sub-suppliers.
- Coordinate and monitor on-site activities, including locations, prefabrication, onshore, and offshore operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute for formal education.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in relevant quality positions, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge and practical experience in quality management systems, Quality and Improvement planning (ISO 9001 and NORSOK).
- Proficiency in conducting Quality audits.
- Ability to drive improvement processes and successfully implement changes.
- Proficient in using improvement tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with non-conformity reporting tools, such as Synergi or similar systems.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of cooperation, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Strong self-initiative and problem-solving abilities.
