Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in process engineering is a requirement. Competence and experience:

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from modification projects, preferably with Equinor as a client.
  • Experience working independently in multidisciplinary studies and modification projects with responsibility for process deliveries.
  • Strong and broad knowledge and experience within the process discipline, and must have a good understanding of offshore process systems, process control, and utility systems.
  • Desirable to have experience in equipment sizing and process simulations.
  • Advantageous to have offshore experience from surveys or similar activities.
  • Good familiarity with Equinor’s requirements, specifications, and work methodology is desirable.
  • Strong multidisciplinary understanding is a requirement.

Experience:

  • Responsible for process discipline deliverables in bids, studies, and execution projects.
  • Estimation of process workload in projects.
  • Independently perform process calculations and develop preliminary and detailed process philosophies, process designs, and drawing documentation.
  • Independently prepare process technical documentation for procurement and within the discipline according to requirements and specifications.
  • Active role in design reviews, HAZOP, SAFEOP, etc.
  • Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines within the project and with the customer.

System Tools:

Requirements: MS Office Desirable: Microstation, Equinor’s systems (STID, Procosys, SAP, ARIS) Offshore Certificate: Advantageous, not a requirement

Other: Need for a proactive resource within the process discipline who is comfortable in client interactions.
