We are seeking a proficient Team Lead to join a substantial onshore EPC project. The suitable candidate will become part of a major greenfield, brownfield, and integration project, offering the opportunity to enhance their skills in instrument and telecom technical procurement within a large international work setting:

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Technical Responsible Engineers (PRE) for instrument and telecom packages
• Actively driving the package’s progress across various involved disciplines
• Defining, budgeting, scheduling, executing, and coordinating all activities within their area of responsibility
• Creating and maintaining a positive working atmosphere for the multidisciplinary team members
• Providing guidance and instructions to team members, motivating them, and fostering good relationships among team members, suppliers, clients, and project members
• Establishing contracts, specifications, project requirements, challenges, and success criteria
• Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with applicable governing documents in W3 and project requirements
• Participating in and organizing meetings, workshops, and reviews
• Handling technical inquiries from the installation team
• Managing interfaces with other disciplines, contractors, and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in technical procurement for onshore and offshore projects
• Experience and deep knowledge of technical procurement for packages and equipment in accordance with relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC
