Customer operates in both the offshore and onshore energy sectors, specializing in contracts across all project phases, from conceptualization and studies to commissioning and completion.

With an experienced technical team, we deliver best practices in maintenance and modification projects, operational and technical support, studies, system technology, and larger projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dedicated individual responsible for managing the interface with our ISO supplier in one of our ongoing contracts.
• Obtain information from our engineering organization, forwarding it to form the basis for the ISO supplier’s estimation and job preparation.
• Control estimates/estimate ISO jobs.
• Drive and follow up on job preparation with our ISO supplier.
• Input new jobs and operations into the plan based on the described scope of work.
• Close communication with engineering, installation, and the ISO supplier.
• Report to the Installation Lead Onshore.
• Follow up on estimates and invoices from the supplier.
• Actively contribute to sharing experiences and best practices with colleagues and the supplier.
• Observe technical conditions and propose/contribute to technical improvements.
• Familiarity with systems such as IFS, Proarc, SAP is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Technical college/technical certification.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in one of the ISO disciplines within offshore work/oil-related industry, preferably in a foreman role.
• Frosio Level 3 Surface Treatment certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Commercial understanding of ISO contracts.
• Experience in engineering ISO disciplines is desirable.
