NORSOK experience and valid working permit in Norway is Mandatory

Planned Start Date: 19/02/2024 Planned End Date: 31/12/2025

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new documentation and schematics, including layouts for Heat Trace systems, Light and small power systems, etc.
• Review and update existing documentation and schematics
• Prepare work packages for installation activities
• Generate documentation for selectivity calculations
• Conduct discipline checks and approve documents and drawings within the project
• Coordinate the procurement of all necessary electrical materials for offshore installation
• Proficiently interpret P & IDs and drawings from various disciplines
• Engage in discussions with clients and vendor representatives to identify optimal technical solutions

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Required Work Experience:

• Demonstrated engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as NORSOK, PTIL, and API standards

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of modifications required for offshore installations during operation
• Proficiency in both Norwegian (preferred) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Certificates:

• Valid Norwegian offshore training and health certificate
• EX – Basic EX course, 2-3 days in a classroom setting
• FSE – High and low voltage with first aid training
