NORSOK experience and valid working permit in Norway is Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new documentation and schematics, including layouts for Heat Trace systems, Light and small power systems, etc.
- Review and update existing documentation and schematics
- Prepare work packages for installation activities
- Generate documentation for selectivity calculations
- Conduct discipline checks and approve documents and drawings within the project
- Coordinate the procurement of all necessary electrical materials for offshore installation
- Proficiently interpret P & IDs and drawings from various disciplines
- Engage in discussions with clients and vendor representatives to identify optimal technical solutions
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Required Work Experience:
- Demonstrated engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as NORSOK, PTIL, and API standards
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of modifications required for offshore installations during operation
- Proficiency in both Norwegian (preferred) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Required Certificates:
- Valid Norwegian offshore training and health certificate
- EX – Basic EX course, 2-3 days in a classroom setting
- FSE – High and low voltage with first aid training
