Duration: 2 years
Language: Norwegian is preferred, but not mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Competence and Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within modification projects, ideally with Equinor as a client.
- Proven ability to work independently on multi-discipline modification projects, with responsibility for detailed engineering of electrical systems.
- Experience with generators, control panels, and/or turbines is advantageous.
- Offshore experience, including surveys, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Equinor’s requirements, specifications, and working methods is highly desirable.
Tasks:
- Lead electrical discipline deliveries in bids, studies, and execution projects.
- Estimate and plan the scope of work within the electrical discipline.
- Prepare design documents, drawings, and conduct necessary calculations and system analyses for electrical and distribution systems.
- Provide technical documentation according to customer requirements and specifications, and update customer databases with relevant metadata.
- Develop job specifications and prepare work documents for installation.
- Specify and procure required materials, bulk items, and packages.
- Serve as the package manager for electrical packages, ensuring technical follow-up with equipment suppliers.
- Collaborate with other disciplines within the project and maintain communication with the client.

Other: Seeking an individual capable of maintaining an overview while independently handling detailed project work and providing technical support to colleagues.
Courses: Must have up-to-date EX and FSE certifications.
