For a highly valued operator in Norway, we are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

The project focuses on establishing PbC performance-based contracts  with the following suppliers for various packages:

Compressor
Pumps
Produced water treatment
Metering
Crane

This role entails facilitating and coordinating the performance-based contracts process and workgroup for Production in close collaboration with selected suppliers.

• Reporting to the Asset Production Manager, this position is integrated into the Production team within the project’s pre-operations organization.
• Contribute to the development and operationalization of PbC with a Production perspective.
• Actively participate in work meetings with PbC suppliers.
• Contribute to the definition of KPIs/incentives beneficial to both the company and suppliers.
• Participate in the “New Ways of Working Group” to optimize PbC processes for the planned Integrated Operation Center (IOC) in the project’s future.
• Assist in evaluating the results and impacts of PbCs by conducting and participating in assessments and reviews aligned with respective capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with discipline engineers across the project and centrally to align user needs in flow assurance, production chemistry, petroleum, and process.
• Collaborate with the Operations team in other projects and alliances to seek improvement and alignment.

Required Expertise:

• Competence in production and process optimization and energy management, preferably with both theoretical and practical experience.
• Customer-oriented, strong team player, and enthusiastic about collaboration.
• Experience working with offshore installations.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and managing complex interfaces.

Location: Stavanger, Lysaker. (If based in Stavanger, travel to Oslo every second week is likely, typically Tuesday to Thursday).
