Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the project execution model and schedule.
- Focus on HSSE, quality, and improvement within budget constraints.
- Drive financial results for both the client and our company.
- Prioritize functional design solutions for system functionality, HSSE, and cost reduction.
- Conduct milestone reviews with a focus on execution.
- Implement corrective actions as needed and agreed upon.

Experience required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated commitment to strong work ethics and proactive problem-solving.
- In-depth understanding of Norwegian legislation and standards.
- Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Customer-focused with extensive experience in project leadership.
- Possesses a commercial mindset and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to identify and implement solutions while meeting customer needs, known for accuracy, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
