We are seeking a senior instrument engineer to contribute to a sizable unmanned EPC greenfield oil and gas offshore project. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of a significant new build initiative, providing an opportunity for skill development in a large-scale international project setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate, and oversee instrumentation packages and systems.
- Act as the technical lead (PRE) for instrument packages.
- Monitor and manage instrument vendors, including reviewing technical documentation.
- Ensure timely identification and communication of vendor information essential for project progress.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and vendor surveys.
- Generate and finalize engineering documents and data registers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with other disciplines and suppliers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ex course completion.
- FSE course completion.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field instrumentation and Tube & Fittings design/specification for greenfield offshore oil and gas projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with PRE activities and responsibilities in greenfield projects.
- Proficient in instrumentation design following applicable standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, and IEC.
