Procurement Logistic Responsible

Responsibilities:

Identifying project logistics needs

Formulating the MA strategy

Contributing to SAP configuration

Creating procurement templates

Cstablishing connections with warehouses

Coordinating with sub-contractors

Setting up reporting procedures

Assessing the requirement for freight forwarders

Addressing customs-related issues, and managing transportation costs.

Coordinating Free Issue Materials

Ensuring controlled handling from delivery to its intended use.

Transportation, including defining responsibility matrices for material release and finalizing agreements with Freight Forwarders. Monitoring material balances

Ensuring material availability for tasks

Enducting material reconciliation at procurement package and project levels during project closing, and handling surplus materials are crucial aspects of this position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

While formal education and work experience are preferred, the right attitude and a strong commitment can compensate for these requirements.

Experience with SAP and a high level of data discipline and accuracy are preferred.
